Warranty:

Every item on the site comes with a lifetime warranty. The warranty covers all issues, except for the following:

-Your item was damaged beyond repair

-You purchased the incorrect ring size

-You purchased the wrong material

-Your item was lost in the mail

-Tarnish on a gold vermeil item

-You lost your item

-You don't like the color or design of the stone you received

Exchanges:

No exchanges

Cancellations:

-If you decide to cancel your order after you've shipped your inclusions, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning them.
