Do we work with any other metals other than steel?

Yes, we can offer sterling silver, 14k gold filled, 10k gold and 14k gold even some with diamonds or sapphires . If looking for any of these just email us and the kind of piece you're wanting or a photo and we would be happy to send you some options.

Do we work with only Ashes or Hair/Fur?

We can work with almost anything. Ashes, Hair/fur, sand, soil, breastmilk, fabric, plastic, and flowers. If you have something in mind that's not on the list just email us and ask.

What colors do we offer?

We have thousands of colors. Do you need a certain color to match your Wedding, homecoming, or a certain favorite color, we can color match almost any color. Just send in a color swatch/ sample when sending in your item/items.

Can I send multiple sets of ash/flowers to be included?

Yes, you are more than welcome to send multiple sets of ash or flowers, or anything else you want included in your items.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Although they are waterproof, I suggest removing the jewelry when showering or swimming to keep the stone safe from any harsh chemicals. For cleaning purposes, do not submerge the stone in jewelry cleaner, only use the cleaner on the metal.

How long does processing take?

Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your jewelry. Processing times vary upon the piece of jewelry , when the ashes are received, and the order load at the time.

Returns/Refunds?

Because we are making your piece custom made we do not offer any returns or refunds.
